Bungee cords must be used to protect against movement.

I like this bag. I use it to store my heavy kryptonite locks. I used retractable side/saddle bags to store extra items from the store. Bag from moving, especially with heavy bike locks inside. I only use 1 bungee cord to attach the bag to the bike rack. . It's pretty easy to just wrap the cable around the bike rack. I think this bag is very functional and has reflective strips and other perks on the bag to attach things when needed.
