Instantly reads the temperature!

Very happy with this meat thermometer. It reads the temperature very quickly and that's perfect when you're cooking/baking. Love the case and the fact that it has a clip that easily attaches to an apron or something. Very easy to read display with backlight. Also included was an extra battery, which is a plus.
