Bad, broken, don't work and charge a fee for shipping back.

Well, for starters, one of the two was defective when it arrived. Second, when I used one that wasn't broken, it created a toxic stench that seeped into the water and bounced back up. Also, the timer was wrong. When the timer said my egg should be hard boiled, the yolk was still runny. When I finally tried to send it back they said I had to pay for shipping and handling and asked me to enter my credit card number to charge for shipping the brown back. things that don't work properly.
