I love these! The high waist keeps me from feeling like my side rolls is showing while doing high movement exercises.

Nothing is worse than being mid dance move and feeling the need to pull up your leggings! They also give extra cover during aerial yoga to keep from bruising! I initially ordered a larger size based on their size chart but they were loose (still love them though) so I reorder my usual US size (XL) and the fit is great, might even get a L next time for more of a reduction though. Wish there were more colors with pockets though!
