What a great knife! What a great price! I had dozens of kitchen knives, and they were all dull, uninteresting, and unsafe. from America's test kitchen. and my life has changed. At first I wanted to spend hundreds of dollars on some sort of Japanese blade, but figured I should hone my skills with a really sharp knife. I'm glad I did because this knife took some getting used to. Prep work that used to be a tedious duty is now fun!
