I was able to quickly set up the IR camera module for my Raspberry PI 3 and is running from last 15 days as expected and sometimes takes decent photos in the night mode with the help of IR. Be very careful with the zoom lens and it is not automatic and had to manually set up for getting the proper image. Also, the camera doesn't do a good job at the image resolution as the people in the image are not clearly visible when they are a little far from camera.I have been using this camera for home monitoring setup for last 15 days and has been working with motion detection and other software as expected.
