EDIT: Added video of the pulleys and photo of the full installation. I bought this kit to replace a kayak wheel kit (similar to the standard version of this product) that I bought to use on a Thule cargo box. I immediately had a problem - all the pulleys that were in my set wouldn't spin freely, luckily I was able to swap out the pulleys from my existing system. After replacing the pulleys I was able to reinstall the rig and keep my cargo box. This kit actually helped me get about 10 inches over my head compared to my old setup! Pros: Best for cargo boxes as it allows storage closer to the ceiling. The included paracord was better than the nylon braided rope in my original setup Cons: Very cheap pulleys that don't spin freely.
