This is the best extractor. I got one over 10 years ago when I went to aesthetics school looking for a replacement after my toddler shoved it into a shredder and destroyed both ejector heads (kids are kids). It took me several tries to find the same extractor but this is it. This is the best extractor on the market. My teacher told me that and I totally agree. I have several other extractors that I bought before I found this one and they are terrible in comparison. The shape of the metal somehow makes the extraction less painful, more effective, and you don't have to use as much force. I've been using it on myself for years and this thing is holding up well. So happy with this purchase.
