Great Software That Helps You Manage Your Employees
IdenFit offers many customizable modules, such as compensation planning, benefits administration system to make HR easy! We are able to create custom forms for our employees' requests or surveys in no time with this software - it really makes life easier! The interface is not user friendly at all (even though we have been using it for some years now). It can be quite complex sometimes to understand what you're doing wrong if there's an error. Also, when creating new users they don't always see their roles correctly right away which leads me into confusion often. And lastly but most importantly; I'm pretty sure that any payroll errors will lead to legal fees since so much depends from correct data inputting/updating of information, etc. Compensation plans, employee leaves and resignations, holidays and more! With Idenfit, my team has access to everything about each person who works here and that saves us tons of work hours every month.
