IdenFit offers many customizable modules, such as compensation planning, benefits administration system to make HR easy! We are able to create custom forms for our employees' requests or surveys in no time with this software - it really makes life easier! IdenFit is easy to use, has many features that make it very helpful for tracking employee time off as well other benefits such us health insurance/pension plan etc., they have also recently added some new modules like vacation request which makes things even more easier! This is an easy to use system that can be customized to meet your needs. It's very user friendly with all of the features you'll need for payroll, time tracking, and employee performance. The reporting side is lacking in some areas but nothing major. We are able to do 90% of our HR tasks within this software so it has really helped streamline what we used to do by hand.The reports could definitely be improved but I suppose that would take some customizing from my end.
