This is an easy to use system that can be customized to meet your needs. It's very user friendly with all of the features you'll need for payroll, time tracking, and employee performance. The reporting side is lacking in some areas but nothing major. We are able to do 90% of our HR tasks within this software so it has really helped streamline what we used to do by hand.The reports could definitely be improved but I suppose that would take some customizing from my end. With a better support team maybe they'd consider adding more customization options. You may want to look into other software solutions or even open source if you're looking for a more robust option.
