MOULD! Electric Toothbrushes and Accessories

I wish I could take a picture but they go moldy very quickly. I kept noticing black dots in my saliva while brushing my teeth, but couldn't figure out what it could be. Well, I noticed that the little slit in the front looked a bit off, so I removed the head (only a month old, still looks brand new), dunked it under water, then shook it. Well, a lot of rudeness came from inside and out from the connection between the actual spinner head and the shaft (sorry, I couldn't think of any other terms!), and now I can't help but wonder if my health might be affected. Disgusting! There's only one tip that fits in the mouth without that slit that I could find on Amazon, so I'll try those next time (and they're a lot cheaper). Oral B needs a major design overhaul.
