There is no original packaging to certify the product is lead and BPA free.

The kit contained all the items listed in the description. I've seen some people say the brushes are too small but they seem big for the straws. The reason I gave it a low rating is because the packaging I received had no identifying labels (like the packaging shown in the photos) other than listing made in China. I don't know if what I received is actually FDA approved as lead or BPA free.
