User friendly for most but lacking advanced functionality
I like that you can customize your own reports to fit what ever need arises in business! It's easy enough so anyone who knows how computers work should be able use it without any problems at all.
The software does not have many features which makes customization difficult because of their limited support staff available online or through phone calls (if needed). We are solving issues with our accounting department by giving them time savings while they do other things besides double entry bookkeeping every day instead doing this once per week before going home each night.
Pros
- This is great for people new into running businesses as well those trying out self employment from having access too quick data updates when compared against large corporate companies where everything takes days if even weeks until results come back often costing more money than necessary since we don't know exactly why something happened but rather just trust there system will fix anything wrong eventually, sometimes
