The house I live in has laminate floors and tile (most tiles are heavily textured). I use a small standard vacuum cleaner for cleaning, although I usually have to change the nozzles depending on the floor surface and the degree of dirt. Never! I just love this vacuum head! A rubber flange at the rear ensures that litter doesn't spill, and the low front and sides reach to the edge of the floor and just under appliances and furniture. It is extremely manoeuvrable and copes well with deep crevices and heavily textured kitchen/dining room floors. It even works quite well on carpets. I would recommend this product to anyone who has hard floors and pets.
