Possibly one of the biggest flaws in the product's history. They messed up this product by drilling a 1/4 hole in the sponge that all the soap comes out of within minutes - it just pours out as soon as you fill it while you use it or lay it down. I called Scotch Brite and they said it was a new design, the tiny hole in the handle wasn't supposed to match the soap tunnel they drilled in the scrubber head and they sent me different handles to try. But I've tried their other grips and none of them work better except for the original hole-only design. So I have to buy a cheap fake instead. God how can you ruin a product that has worked flawlessly for years!
