Compare your purchases and you'll be surprised how much you can save with VEVA. A very professional and polite company whose customer service rep confirmed the purchase and offered assistance if needed. FYI my Dyson V7 wasn't working because the cap filter was too wet or broken and the power was pulsating and not providing a continuous stream. I personally find that washing according to Dyson's instructions only causes problems with slow drying (takes much more than 24 hours as Dyson has stated) and mold growth. For this reason, this cap filter must be remanufactured by the manufacturer. I am very much in favor of recycling and using items that require maintenance, but in my opinion, for the reasons above, the cap filter should not be washed but replaced.
