Aegis gives us great insights into what our customers are thinking about our services, products, staff etc. The team at AEGIS is professional friendly & knowledgeable & support is excellent. There can be some lag time when there's heavy traffic from our website but this has been improved since we moved to cloud-based system last year. We used to rely heavily on Google reviews which was not always accurate. With Aegis it gave us another layer of insight into their experiences with our product or service.
