Great for live chat and customer relationship management

I like that it allows me to be able to communicate with my customers in real time! It's very easy to use as well.

The only thing i dislike about this software are all of their addons; they're not necessary at times but can't seem to get rid off them without cancelling out our subscription or upgrading which isn’t worth doing if you don't need those features anyway!! But other than that everything has been great so far. Communicating directly w/my clients through helpcrunch makes things easier because sometimes we have questions during support sessions where answers aren't always clear enough (or even possible) due to language barriers etc... And now by using hcp we no longer rely solely upon emailing back&forths when needed.
