Disappointment good for in-ear headphones

I BOUGHT THESE HEADPHONES IN SEPTEMBER AND IN NOVEMBER THE LEFT SPEAKER WAS NOT WORKING. VERY DISAPPOINTING. AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE THE SOUND QUALITY WAS REALLY GOOD AND I USE THE HEADPHONES DAILY FOR WORK. NOW I HAVE TO FIND MYSELF. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE EARPHONES IF YOU USE THEM A LOT.
