Most things I put on my iPod to watch videos but I still like having a portable device for playback at home and it really fulfills mine needs, especially for DVD TV programs. Even in direct light, the screen is crystal clear and almost glare-free. The battery makes it handy when moving from room to room, and of course you can connect it to your regular TV for watching on a big screen. Aside from Apple, Sony is my favorite brand for electronic products and accessories, including HDTVs, cameras, VCRs, and other electronic entertainment devices. The only downside is that I can't seem to skip those pesky FBI warnings and it's about to have entertainment like older portable DVD players. It's so easy to pack up and go anywhere and have some decent entertainment for your trip! With a rechargeable battery, two built-in headphone jacks, a remote control, wall adapters and even a car power adapter, you'll never take a boring car trip again. Did I mention this model comes in gorgeous red? This Sony portable DVD player is well worth your time and investment, and I don't think not skipping an FBI alert guarantees a star deduction. No matter where you watch DVDs, this little player will likely meet all your needs and I highly recommend it. and after the manufacturer's warranty. It was cheaper to buy a Philips PD700 on sale than asking someone to diagnose a problem with it. Avoid.
