I've bought several ESR products in the past and installed at least 20 screen protectors in the last few years without any problems Because my devices were devices too my friends and family. Unfortunately, the leveling frame included with this kit wasn't straight - it curves up and down, creating a gap for the underside of the privacy glass to slide underneath. . So I applied the screen protector, then removed the alignment bezel and found that the screen protector was sitting too low on the iPad. Checked twice and the frame was definitely attached and secured to all parts of the iPad. I think they need to improve the frame quality control a bit. Before that I was always satisfied with ESR products. Maybe I just have a bad/deformed frame. If you place the protective sheet side by side instead of top to bottom, it may line up correctly and not slide under the alignment frame.
