It is practical, looks high quality, the colors are bright and rich. Also, it's long enough to carry a shoulder bag (I'm tall). The fabric is the thickness of canvas or denim and would probably stand up to washing in the washing machine if you had to. Less than one star because I don't like that the back of the fabric is plain - it's a solid gray color (on the pattern I chose) that actually lines the bag and is visible on the underside of the shoulder strap. The bag closes with a zip and has a zipped outer pocket that easily fits 2 cell phones and a wallet. Inside there is an open pocket (approx. 4 inches) and a zippered pocket (approx. 6 inches). Seems like a decent thing. I recommend it and I would buy it again.
