What I like best about this program so far are its reporting capabilities for all clients in one place as well as having everything under my username or account login instead of searching around different departments/clients etc., which would make it easier than going from department-to-department! It's still new but seems very user friendly if that makes sense? There isn't anything specific yet because we haven't been using them much since they're brand spankin' NEW!! But no problems noted thus far only what can be expected when being used by those who know little more then just their basic business needs such as accounting procedures & payroll processing. Have some patience at first until getting into routine use - otherwise there will likely not need many changes made after 1st week usage once familiarized wth system functions (ie) setting up reports / scheduling jobs vs manual inputting data directly via excel spreadsheet type documentations.
