Managing a janitorial service company is a breeze with Clean Smarts. This multilingual app helps you, your staff, and your clients communicate together in real-time in different languages. Clients can notify you of issues and send chat messages. You can even set up client supervisor accounts over multiple locations. Cleaners report at their assigned locations and can see exactly what they need to do. When supplies run low, cleaners can send supply requests. As a manager, you can see when and where your staff have checked in for work. Inspectors evaluate how the cleaners are doing, and cleaners see which tasks they are doing well and which tasks they can improve on. Clean Smarts gives you complete visibility into your business!

Clean Smartt is awesome - keeps everything organized and accessible

The software allows me to keep track of my employees as well their work schedule via our mobile devices or computers! I love that it can be used by both managers & supervisors alike for scheduling purposes but also allowing them access from anywhere at anytime if needed (elevator). It's not perfect yet there are some things we would like more control over such automation etc., however this has been great so far! We use clean smartts all day everyday across multiple locations within one city…

  • You cannot beat having everything in your pocket, even downloaded onto an iphone..it really takes care off business management! Makes organizing schedules easier than ever before!!! :)

Great solution with minimal setup time

I like that it can be used to send messages from one user to another or vice versa within an organization. It also allows for scheduling of cleaning services through out the year so we are able to keep track of our accounts easily. There isn't much at this point but since its only been available for about two weeks now there hasn't been any issues. The biggest thing right now would be trying to get more people onto the platform. We have had some pushback on getting other departments involved as

Clean Smart is Fantastic and Easy-to...

I love how easy it was to use this software for our cleaning team! It's so user friendly that anyone can pick up right away without any training needed at all!! There are some minor bugs here or there but nothing major as of yet. The support response time has also been great!! Highly recommend using clean smart if looking into an online platform like ours. ! Clean SmartTS definitely worth trying and making your own experience

I like that it has so many features to help us keep track of our jobs! It's easy for my team members who are not tech savvy at all because they can use their smart phones or tablets without having any problems using this software. The customer support is great as well - always quick to respond when we need assistance (or just want some advice). We do have issues sometimes where things don't update right away but usually only takes about 5 minutes once everything gets updated correctly again by…

A great way for business and industry workers

What I like best about this software is that it allows us to access our data from any location since we are able to check work orders at anytime of day or night without having someone physically present for assistance when needed most! The system has proven helpful as well even if not directly connected with each other due to its ability via email communication capabilities to send files between offices both large/small alike (as long there's an internet connection). Love logging in and setting up new clients!!!

The ease of use for scheduling projects; being able to send out notifications when jobs are due or have been completed as well tracking time worked per job has really streamlined our process! We also love that we can see who's logged into each account via their mobile device allowing us easy access from anywhere during any hours while working remotely which saves so much precious face/eye contact time.
