Review on Clean Smarts by Fred Vazquez

I like that it can be used to send messages from one user to another or vice versa within an organization. It also allows for scheduling of cleaning services through out the year so we are able to keep track of our accounts easily. There isn't much at this point but since its only been available for about two weeks now there hasn't been any issues. The biggest thing right now would be trying to get more people onto the platform. We have had some pushback on getting other departments involved as well. If they could make it easier to share information between users, then everyone would use it! Since we started using the software all communication has increased internally which makes us more efficient and productive. The ease of use! It's so easy to navigate through our accounts & reports that we can easily make changes or add new features as needed. I wish it had more reporting options for customers/clients - but overall this has been great! We've used other apps before where there was no way to keep track of all services provided by one customer (i.e., if they were billed monthly vs yearly). With CleanSmarts, everything gets tracked right from start to finish.
