I like that it has so many features to help us keep track of our jobs! It's easy for my team members who are not tech savvy at all because they can use their smart phones or tablets without having any problems using this software. The customer support is great as well - always quick to respond when we need assistance (or just want some advice). We do have issues sometimes where things don't update right away but usually only takes about 5 minutes once everything gets updated correctly again by itself. Try out clean smartts if you're looking into something new such as an online system instead of paper work/spreadsheets etc.. You won’t be disappointed!!
