This pillow definitely works because I don't sweat at night. However, like other reviewers, I have noticed that it is terribly difficult. Trying to roll over in the middle of the night and grab a pillow is a bit tricky! I'm a little scared that one day I'll tear my rotator cuff lol. It's like dead weight in bed. Other people have said they removed some of the memory foam to reduce thickness and this may help reduce weight as well. i can try that
