That thing is a piece of junk! I cannot adjust the volume in beep mode. No light… have to turn on the device on the dog several times a day. Switching between modes is cumbersome and unreliable (there's nothing worse than having to send an audio signal to your dog and getting electrocuted instead. And the transmitter broke after less than 2 months of almost daily use. Had to buy a lanyard, to hang it up) around the neck because the belt clip is so loose that the transmitter cannot be attached to the belt. I've almost lost the transmitter many times because it fell off my belt due to a loose belt clip. And it broke right after the 30-day return policy Revain. I just bought a more expensive $100 model that I should have made from the start. Oh yeah... the collar might be waterproof, but the transmitter isn't, so don't plan on going near water with the transmitter. I train service dogs and this POS is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Customer service is disgusting. I still haven't received an answer from them. If I had, I could be a little kinder in this review. Maybe... garbage. Garbage. Garbage. Get what you pay for junk!
