Review on Emotics by Carlos Reyes

The ability for me as an executive leader, that is responsible of more than one area within our organization was able determine where my team members are at in their emotional intelligence journey by using this tool! I can't think about any downsides or dislikes but would like it if they could add some sort color coding insteadof just green/red which leaves so many employees confused when you have multiple teams reporting back through your software system (emotions).

This gives us insight into how each employee's emotions impact productivity across different areas of work life balance including leadership skills etc.
