I bought CableIQ last year and was very disappointed that it had problems connecting to live network ports. LinkIQ solves this problem and tests up to 10Gb, so it fills in CableIQ's problem areas. I'm very happy with the LinkIQ, but it had an issue with an off-grid power source or similar connected to the Ubiquiti Unifi Switch. Testing ports was fine most of the time, but it wasn't perfect. It discovered the port number and VLAN on the HP/Aruba switch, which helped me figure out what the previous IT company had programmed into the hardware I inherited. It also found the same in my Unifi switch. My other disappointment was that there are no basic DHCP or ping options. It would be extremely easy for Fluke to add basic functionality. I think the reason is security related, but they might give the end user the ability to toggle features on or off, which is against the company's security policy.
