Review on Organize All Rubbed Glass Shelf by Frank Alejo

I bought two of these towel warmers for my bathroom. The first installed with no problems. The second contained two set screws that were easily removed with the supplied hex wrench. So I had to contact the company via email. They responded quickly and sent a new set of all screws (although I only asked for set screws). I would also like to point out that both bars have a little more "give" than I would like, even when everything is tightened properly. In the picture in particular you will notice two brackets that mount into the drywall/rack and then have parts that drop straight down into which the long towel rod/bar itself fits. These two mounts can be easily pivoted sideways about a quarter of an inch each. I believe this was intentionally designed to give less pressure to the glass over time and with use, but I'm not the biggest fan. In general everything is fine. They're good enough for the price.
