This tail light set is perfect for the 2021 Honda Civic Type R.
When fitting the lights ensure the electrical connection on the vehicle reaches the metal frame tab at the front of the mounting plate. . The socket of the light insert does not have to point towards the front of the vehicle. It can be tilted or even turned down if the connection cable can reach it. I had a hard time with the other set of lighting fixtures I bought. They looked the same, now I know I installed it wrong. Hope that helps. They look great and fit perfectly. I will tell the seller I will add the words matching type R 18-21 sales will likely go up.
