Disagree with my dog or my sister's dog.

When I first introduced my 13 year old Havana to this food, she loved it! But that night and a few days after, she had diarrhea. I gave it to my sister and he was ill for a few weeks and very lethargic which is very unlike her. I think coconut oil or something similar is not good for some dogs. We both mixed our dogs just one portion with their food.
