UPDATE: Returned a while ago. Still no return. So I have almost $200 plus I don't even have the item. I contacted with no reply or solution. Oh, I'm returning this piece of junk like this. Does NOT do what it says. Not even close! If you have dark hair, this product is not for you. We used bright light, a mirror loupe, and a magnifying glass. The hair is still there, tried it on my daughter who has clear baby skin but dark peach fuzz and it has made her look stubble like she has never looked before! She also developed a rash after using the remedy. So we decided to use the cleanser and moisturizer that came with it and it left her skin looking bumpy, red and irritated! I tried on my other daughter and used the new 'fringe', she is fair skinned with messy blonde hair. She carved one side of her face and we used this device on the other side and there is no comparison! The threads definitely work better and her skin looks and feels much better. 👎🏽 can't believe how expensive this item is and how untrue they are about how it works! I am a very frustrated customer! It doesn't work any better than the hair removal device you see on TV and is only $19.99!
