I have used Wahl clippers for decades and I highly recommend them. We replace our device every 3-4 years so I went with the Chrome Pro Kit this time, BIG mistake. First, strips were cut out of the box. I stopped and took a closer look at the clippers - it's just poor workmanship! The blade is the same as always, but the plastic that's supposed to hold the blade in place doesn't do its job, causing the blade to move too far. side, which prevents it from fully switching between the fixed blade and the movable blade. This results in it only trimming half of the hair that runs through it, leaving streaks of uncut hair, or what another reviewer called a "crop row." keeps the blade curve on this model! I bet they tilt forward, not to the side like ours. I was able to get the blade back to center and get a few more passes before the streaks reappeared and I had to turn it off, put the blade back into the plastic, and then move on. I couldn't leave my husband streaks or half cuts so I had to make it work. Get the Wahl Color Pro Complete Haircut Kit, you won't be disappointed.
