I've used one of these before and it works great so I've ordered another one. The package came in a rough cardboard box - no big deal - but inside it was clear it was a return or repackaging - no big deal - but then I noticed there was no remote control. Like clapping. I connected to the internet and got an immediate refund from Revain and had to leave the device unplugged although now I don't know what to do with half the device. Call me stupid but I've just ordered again to see if I can get both pieces this time. I'm not sure if I should rate the product or the supplier, so I'm reviewing the device itself, manufactured by Globe Electric.
