We use this software for our sales team as well as management reporting purposes. It has almost everything you can think of, but it does not have an inventory feature or ability to track orders / invoices separately from quotes. The platform also lacks customization options which makes managing your data difficult at times. I would recommend trying out other quote platforms before deciding whether or not you like their features. Our organization was looking for a system that could help us manage all customer information including quotations and order entry simultaneously. This particular program helped streamline processes by allowing us to create multiple reports with ease, while keeping track of customers' contact info.
