Always preferred microfiber towels for drying and polishing glass surfaces. There are three things that set them apart from others I use: The fish scale finish helps with the cleaning/polishing process. They are relatively thin; They don't feel plush or absorbent (although they are extremely absorbent). They leave no marks or dust on polished surfaces. I use them to clean glasses with hard plastic lenses. They're always difficult to dry without leaving streaks, but these towels are the best I've tried for this purpose. The same applies to polishing windows, mirrors and even flat-screen TVs after cleaning. These are excellent polishing cloths. Although I haven't washed them yet, I have no reason to doubt that they will hold up and work well (as long as they don't use fabric softener or dryer sheets). Based on my experience, I would definitely order them again and recommend them unreservedly.
