This is super easy to install and operate. I purchased this to keep our chicken's water from freezing during the winter. The temperatures have gotten down in the 20s and we've had freezing rain, snow and sleet. Through it all the HEATIT heating cable has kept the water flowing. With a variety of sizes you should be able to find one that suits your particular application.
- I ordered this to keep the ice out of my rain gutter. I’ll know more when we have a lot of snow.
- The heating cable may not be resistant to water damage, which can be a problem in certain settings
