Review on MSI Optix G32CQ4 1500R Curved Gaming 🖥️ Monitor, 31.5-inch, 2560X1440, 165Hz Refresh Rate, Tilt Adjustment, ‎OPTIXG32CQ4 by Shahed Nyuon

I bought two of these monitors, both in an open box. The first was good with a very nice picture. The second box contains a 24" monitor from 2013. I returned this monitor and received a replacement that was missing the stand and power supply. I didn't need a stand so I plugged it in just to see if it worked. I couldn't get a higher resolution than x1080. Turns out the box had a G32C4 instead of a G32CQ4, hence the lower resolution - but the Q4 box. I understand that Revain and its partners are scamming those who deal in monitors, but quality control and inspection needs to be improved, or they simply have to stop selling open box products.
