Overall, this product received 4.5 stars. Didn't look at 1 star until we received it and the cartridges don't work. When you plug it in, our HP says the cartridge needs to be replaced. Then when I checked the reviews, there were several reviews with the exact same issue and a screen shot on the printer that matched our error. Will have to return. Ordered another brand and looked closely at these bad reviews. Unfortunately we really needed the ink and now have to wait another 2 days.
