I have NEVER given a bad review but it was funny. First, the features listed are not actually part of the PC. The seller added a universal wireless and Bluetooth USB. Second, there was a problem with the drivers on the wireless USB. Luckily I had another one, and even after going online and installing the drivers, the wireless USB port sent from the PC didn't work. Thirdly, I have installed Spanish MS 365 cracked version and another Enterprise MS 365 cracked version on PC? Fourth, after the blue screen and the "It's taking a little longer than expected" splash screen, I wiped the entire system and reinstalled Win 10. After that, the PC worked fine as expected, although the USB WiFi was poor. . Of course I could send back, but I was in a hurry to connect the TV to the network from the PC and I was able to do it. Most people wouldn't be able to restart the computer or get the WiFi to work. So my point is that the features listed are not really present on this PC and the hacked software is just unacceptable. I do not recommend and will never buy from this seller again. Mark - 30+ ES
