Packaging was intact but both filters were damaged
Both filters were damaged, the 1st stage filter had a small (1/4 inch) hole in the bottom and the bottom 3 stage filter ring was broken. had to use them because i was 65 miles from a replacement. Bought new filters from Lowes and threw away the ones I bought online as I had never heard a reply from AO Smith. Not worth the risk.
