Bad instructions but some tips to install smoothly

While the faucet is running. I ran into a few issues installing it, but I managed to do it in the end. I have a few tips to make the process go more smoothly. First, the instructions aren't entirely accurate. The connections pictured were different than what I actually got, but that didn't matter as it wasn't my first install. Second, the faucet is attached with bolts and wing nuts. The wing nuts cannot turn when the hose connecting the faucet to the faucet is attached, but the hose cannot be easily tightened while the faucet is attached, so I bought 2 M6 size nuts and lock washers to fix it to solve this problem. It cost about $1 from Home Depot and made installation a lot easier. My third tip is that the drywall anchors that come with the screws used to attach the controller box to the wall can be inserted into the wall by first drilling a hole with a 1/4-bit bit. The fourth and final tip is that the screws on the faucet were set too far to properly fit the center hole of the 4" faucet that was there previously. I used a small rotary tool like a Dremmel tool to carve out the sides of the hole that the screws will go through. I already had the rotary tool, but you can pick it up at port charters with all the attachments for less than $10. I hope this saves someone a few hours of work. It took me 3 hours to install it not knowing anything about it beforehand but I think if I know now I could do it in less than an hour. hot and cold water pipes. This reduces possible loud noises after shutdown.
