Review on White Gerintech LED Desk Lamp with Clock and Pen Holder, Battery Operated Table Lamp for Kids Dorm Room (5.5 inches) by Monica Mortensen

I work from home and my office is in a little corner and depending on the time of year and the hours I am working at that time it gets dark early and I turn on 3 lights with that I can barely see keyboard. I also don't like clutter on my desk, so I bought this lamp with a pen holder. I like that the neck of the lamp is adjustable. I tilted it just right to hit the keyboard so my screen doesn't appear as dim and can be dimmed to suit how dark it gets. (I hate overhead lights. I get blinding light.) The only thing I don't like is the wrong temperature. It says somewhere around 7-25 degrees warmer than it actually is. My husband and I have decided that the base and light heat up so much that it affects the exact temperature. All in all it does what I got it for and will hopefully last a long time, especially since I got it a few days ago, but the manufacturer needs to work on the thermal part. The longer the lamp is used, the hotter it responds. Last night the temperature at the lamp rose to 86 degrees. Our windows were open all day, it wasn't over 73 in our house.
