Truly an improvement in every way compared to the other two products I've bought to do the same. This allowed any residual water to drain into the bowl. There was no airflow or noise to dry the brushes, so they lay wet. An ultraviolet light was activated to kill the germs, but eventually mold grew in the tray containing the mold. Tray head almost daily. With this device, the brushes are hung upside down on a kind of stand that comes with the device. Any residual water simply rolls off the brushes and handles of the device. Then a heater and fan dry the brushes while the UV light kills germs on them. All this is safely hidden in a closed device. All in all a very good product, easy to install, use and clean. Rechargeable battery with USB cable is superior to constantly changing batteries. I definitely recommend this product.
