Totally satisfied with this set, not only for the price but also for the features. The body is well built and attractive. The sound isn't as loud as some other more expensive subwoofers, but for the price you're paying you can't expect competitive-level performance. For anyone complaining about the subwoofer burning out in this enclosure, you clearly don't understand how to properly place a subwoofer. 400 watts means that it is designed for this level. If you run a 280 watt RMS amp and increase the gain, your subwoofer will blow out in minutes. Even if you're an amateur and you blow everything up at once, just buy a more expensive subwoofer and use an enclosure. In the end it's worth it.
