These shin guards have proven their worth. They are easy to put on and feel more comfortable than reverse flared boots. My mare's bedsores are now almost completely healed after wearing pads this summer. She wears them 24/7 very comfortably. I take them off every other day and remove grass seed/dirt/etc. They are in good condition although they show clear signs of wear. I have a spare pair and when it's ready I'll iron on some denim patches on the front where they'll be worn most so they'll last a little longer. All in all a GREAT product!
