I bought a HICCOR support belt a few weeks ago in hopes of relieving my sciatic issues. First of all I have to say that I am very impressed with how well this brace is constructed and the amount of support it offers. I'm a 5ft 8" female, between size 8 and 10 pants. I originally bought a size medium because I wanted to wear it to make sure I smell a lot, but I would say it's a little larger than advertised . It has quite a bit of elasticity and it wraps me up too much. I traded it in for a small one that fits great. I like the two sets of supports option - metal and polypropylene....I'm not sure what polypropylene is, but it seems quite strong and I prefer it along with a curved wide metal support in the middle use. After wearing it at home at 8 hour intervals for a couple of weeks - I work from home - I'm happy to say that it's breathable and soft, but not soft enough to roll on. I even do yoga while wearing it and I feel comfortable because I feel like it's on me. The velcro is unlike anything I've seen before, but it holds on with no issues. This bandage is well made and has a fair price. I would recommend this to anyone with lower back issues, sciatica or just need extra support. The only thing I would change is that the seller offered it in different colors.
